The latest tenant for Workspace House - the 7th of the year - is City Ink, a tattoo and piercing studio.

Owner, Lee, has been busy re-designing the unit to make sure it meets all the regulations and also provides a welcoming atmosphere for his customers. Following a successful inspection this week, he is now ready to start making his mark. Lee hopes to gradually expand the number of staff and services offered by City Ink.

When looking for a location for his business, one of the key things that appealled to Lee was the 7 day a week, 24 hr access. With most customers not always able to visit during normal working hours the flixibility offered by Workspace House means that Lee can work times to suit his customers. Add to that the super-fast internet, staffed reception and affordable rent, it all makes Workspace House the perfect place for City Ink.

If, like Lee, you are looking to start your own business or already have your business up and running but need the space to grow then give us a call on 01733 390707 or email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. It's been a busy few weeks here at Workspace House as we have seen not one, but two brand new business start-ups created at Workspace House!

First to take the plunge was Norposh Ltd - a brand new company that looks to provide custom built industrial electrical products and services. Owner and brains behind the business Muhammad Sadqain is looking to establish himself as the place to go for pcb design and related products. Muhammad opted to base his new business start-up out of Workspace House after visiting us and being impressed with the full range of services and support we are able to provide our tenants - not to mention our superfast broadband!

With a wealth of experience in the industry and a desire to provide a first class service, Muhammad is certainly worth speaking to. to find out more about this brand new business visit the website - www.norposh.co.uk or give Muhammad a call on 01733 396574.

Our second new tenant is another brand new business. Louis Patina - Vintage Worx, is a fledgling business that specialises in the restoration of vintage, retro and antique items. Shezad Khan has an obvious passion and interest in all things antique and has decided to take this interest to another level by starting his own business. The business currently deals with items ranging from paintings, furniture, keepsakes and other memorabilia and whilst the type of items they work on will expand the overall aim is to bring them all back to their former glory. Shezad has been busy since making the decision to pursue this project - so busy that his website is still not live! Whilst we wait for the website, you can call Shezad on 01733 396189.

If like Muhammad and Shezad, you are thinking of starting a business or already have and need to move out of the spare room or off the kitchen table then come and visit the original seed-bed centre for Peterborough. We've been providing workspace and support to new businesses, SMEs and micro businesses for over 25 years and can proudly point to a number of local successful businesses that took their first steps here at Workspace House. You can call us on 01733 390707 or send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Hera Beauty - moving out.

One of the goals of Peterborough Workspace Ltd is to help local businesses succeed. As a result of this, we are only too happy when a current tenant tells us they are moving out because they need more space. If needed, we will continue to support our former tenant and we are obviously interested in how they perform but it means we can then start the whole process again when a new tenant moves in.

And so we are very pleased to announce that yet another tenant has decided to move on. Hera Beauty, providers of own-label skin cosmetics, has decided they have outgrown Workspace House and can now be found in their own unit at Fengate. Although they have only been with us less than a year, it was clear that the business had the potential to outgrow the small incubator units we provide here at Workspace House.

So whilst Hera Beauty join the growing list of successful tenants that have moved on, we are ready to take in more businesses/entrepreneurs that are looking for affordable serviced office/workspace so they can grow their business and then, like many other, move on.

If you have just started your business or about to take the plunge and need affordableserviced workspace in a fantastic welcoming environment that offers:

24 hr access

CCTV security

Superfast Internet Connection - part of the City fibre network

and lots more!
